Ecommerce build-out for ReNew Biomedical

Context
ReNew is a ~85-person medical equipment depot serving EMS, post-acute, and alt-care organizations across North America. They sell, repair, and service diagnostic, monitoring, patient handling, and therapeutic equipment — and needed an ecommerce experience that could carry that breadth without losing buyers in it.
What I built
Worked on the live product detail pages within the ecommerce section. Section reference: renewbiomedical.com/category-product/defibrillators/
Conversion-focused decisions
- Prioritized information clarity over decorative features — a deliberate call given the B2B clinical buyer audience, who purchase on specifications and detail
- Mobile was treated as a first-class surface rather than an afterthought; a separate mobile design was mocked up alongside desktop rather than retrofitted after the fact
- Advocated for pulling back animation and motion across the section to preserve the structural, serious tone of the site — a decision that improved clarity and, downstream, conversion
